The Grand Class Tattoo convention at the Kameha Grand Hotel in Bonn promises a unique blend of sophistication and style with a captivating 1920s theme. Transporting attendees to the golden age of opulence and refinement, the event features 160 carefully selected tattoo artists, up to 10 theme-aligned suppliers, and an anticipated crowd of 3,000 over the weekend.

This theme isn't just a nod to the past; it's a deliberate effort to reintroduce sophistication into our modern lives. The venue, adorned with Gatsby-esque extravagance, sets the stage for a fusion of contemporary artistry with the timeless allure of the twenties.

Tattoo artists showcase their skills by bringing the spirit of the era to life through unique creations. From vintage-inspired tattooing equipment to bespoke accessories, suppliers contribute to the overall ambiance, creating an immersive experience.

To encourage theme participation, visitor who dressed in twenties style enjoy a 50% discount on tickets. This incentive adds a creative touch to the event, ensuring an atmosphere where every detail exudes the class and glamour of the golden age.

The Grand Class Tattoo convention is not just a gathering of artists; it's a celebration where art, history, and contemporary expression converge, leaving an indelible mark on all who attend.

3. Dates and Schedule: 

The convention runs from August 30th to September 1st. The schedule includes booth preparations on August 30th starting at 7 am, public opening at 2 pm, and closure at 8 pm. Each subsequent day opens to the public at 10 am and closes at 6 pm, followed by evening gatherings.

5. Promotion and Marketing:

We will utilize all social media channels, direct marketing through mailing lists, and print media.

A team of 6 security personnel will manage entries/exits and ensure safety. Additional staff will address various issues. An ambulance with paramedics will be stationed outside, and emergency exits will be well-marked.

8. Catering and Hospitality:

During the event, the Dom Bar and Pure Gold Bar will serve snacks, finger food, and beverages, managed by the hotel. After every day we will have a get together at the hotel. Drinks and meals are available at the hotel´s bars and restaurants at own expense.

2. Venue Details:

The Kameha Grand Hotel, located on the Rhine at Bonner Bogen, offers a puristic design and exclusivity. The hotel provides an atmosphere for a memorable vacation feeling, featuring a Spa & Powerhouse, world-class events, and exceptional restaurant dining.

4. Participants and Exhibitors: 

There will be up to 160 tattoo artists, up to 10 Suppliers, and an estimated 3,000 visitors. Participants apply for booths online, submitting work samples for consideration. Selection prioritizes quality in case of more than 160 applications.

6. Logistics: 

Participants handle transportation. Paid parking is available next to the hotel. Participants are allocated in rooms in the Kameha Grand Hotel, with booth fees covering room and breakfast. (If chosen)

7. Technology and Equipment:

Every booth will have one table, two chairs and one outlet 220V. We also will provide trash bags and other material if necessary.
